Set specific dates and times when your QR codes should be active or inactive.

Setting Up a Schedule
- Open your QR code settings
- Go to Advanced tab
- Enable Scheduling
- Configure your schedule
Schedule Types
Start Date:
- QR code activates on specific date/time
- Scans before this show "Coming Soon" message
- Great for product launches
End Date:
- QR code deactivates after date/time
- Scans after show "Expired" message
- Prevents outdated content access
Date Range:
- Active only between two dates
- Perfect for events and promotions
Recurring Schedule:
- Active on specific days/times
- Repeats weekly
- Ideal for restaurant menus or business hours
Configuration Options
Time Zone: Choose the relevant time zone for your campaign.
Custom Messages:
- Pre-activation message
- Post-expiration message
- Include alternative actions
Examples
Event Ticket:
- Start: Event day at 6 AM
- End: Event day at 11 PM
- Message after: "Event has ended, thank you!"
Lunch Special:
- Recurring: Monday-Friday
- Time: 11 AM - 2 PM
- Off-hours: "Lunch specials available 11 AM - 2 PM"
Holiday Promotion:
- Start: December 1
- End: December 31
- After message: "Promotion ended. Check back next year!"
